We store the buyer’s name and email, recipient name, Ethiopian phone number, city, utility account numbers, optional gift message, order details, payment transaction identifiers, and fulfillment records. We use this information to process your order, verify payment, settle utilities, contact you about service issues, and maintain financial records.

Payments and sharing

Cybersource collects card and billing details on its hosted checkout. We do not collect or store full card numbers or card security codes. We share necessary information with our payment processor, authorized fulfillment staff and relevant utility providers to deliver your package. Payment providers may process data outside your country.

Storage and access

Order records are retained for fulfillment, accounting, dispute resolution and applicable legal obligations, then deleted or anonymized when no longer needed. Administrative access is restricted. Keep your private order tracking link confidential.
